LEAD FACILITATOR
Stephen H. Curry, D.Sc., is Professor of Pharmacology and Physiology at the University
of Rochester, and also an independent consultant, teacher and writer. He has over
thirty years of experience of academia having held professorial positions in London (UK)
and Florida as well as his current position, and over ten years of experience in the
pharmaceutical industry, having been a Senior Director in the AstraZeneca R & D
organization in Worcester, MA. He has directed projects, programs and departments in
both preclinical and development activities, with special emphasis on the integration of
Preformulation, DMPK and Experimental Toxicology into the interface between Drug
Discovery and Drug Development. He is the author of over 150 scientific papers and
several books on Pharmacokinetics, Clinical Pharmacology and related work.
